Post: HR Trainee

Exp: 0 - 0.6 months

A successful sourcer will collaborate with managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future sourcing needs. You should also be able to attract candidates/consultants/vendors using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
Our ideal sourcing associate holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the sourcing associate are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees/consultants, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  1. Post requirements on social media
  2. Develop a pool of qualified candidates/consultants in advance of need.
  3. Sourcing and attracting candidates/consultants by using databases, social media etc.
  4. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates/consultants for open requirements
  5. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  6. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Responsibilities:

  1. Training Coordination for all Technical, Behavioral, Process & Domain Trainings
  2. Interaction with CRM as well with the client.
  3. Getting requirement from CRM.
  4. Sourcing the profiles from job portals for national and international client.
  5. Screening the trainer's profile as per the requirement.
  6. Negotiation of commercials
  7. Planning and execution of new training programs.
  8. Sourcing of external trainers for Niche technologies
  9. Maintain & Develop relationships with external trainers.
  10. Connecting link between the trainers (Internal and External) and the CRM
  11. Coordination with Venue Vendors & Lab set up
  12. Generating checklist to the delivery team after training is confirmed including all the lab setup, trainer’s travel details, courseware and any specific requirements if any for proper execution of training.
  13. Collect feedback of the trainer’s and analysis of the same.
  14. MIS- Maintaining data and update daily trainers schedule.

Post: Technical Intern

A web designer's job duties cover all aspects of creating a website and web applications. He / She will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering bug-free code for any task that is assigned to him / her. Their duties include, but aren't limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and evaluate existing website designs and look for ways to improve them
  2. Take project requirements and create new website design templates and website elements utilizing Photoshop
  3. Limited copywriting and editing of website content for SEO optimization
  4. File Management including naming conventions, folder organization and file migrations
  5. Learn website hosting concepts and multi-server development environments
  6. Create new and edit existing CSS files to achieve web page design goals
  7. Learn project and task management processes

Prerequisites:

  1. Basic knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript and Bootstrap
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, still a team player
  4. Desire to learn about new technologies and acquiring new skills
